APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

NZAME subscriptions are due on 1st November of each year. The subscription rates are:

New Zealand $22.00 for one year Overseas        $25.00 per year
  $40.00 for 2 years Personal cheques are accepted
plus $4.00 per year for an Associate Member  

From 1/10/2010 subscriptions will be as follows:

New Zealand $30.00 for one year Overseas        $30.00 per year
  $40.00 for 2 years Personal cheques are accepted
plus $5.00 per year for an Associate Member  

An Associate is one or more members of a family residing at the same address. Only one magazine will be sent to an address unless full membership is paid.
A rejoining fee of $5.00 will be charged for subscriptions which have lapsed for one year or more (this fee will no longer apply for subscriptions received after 1/10/2010).
